

Career Development
Classes that focus on job readiness and career development.
We will work with clients to assess current level of job readiness, the development of literacy skills, GED coursework, when applicable, and entrepreneurship, as well as leverage EPHC's community partnerships to provide career exposure opportunities, internships, and assistance with job placement.

Eviction Prevention
Limited amount of short term rent assistance as eviction prevention for Multnomah county residents. Applications are accepted in person at our EPHC office on specific dates. We cannot guarantee services and we cannot accept clients with section 8.

Rapid Rehousing for Homeless Families
Homeless families can access the Mobile Housing Program by calling 211info and getting added to the Multnomah County waiting list for the homeless management system (HMIS).
Families can then be referred to The Mobile Housing Program, where different agencies, including El Programa Hispano Católico, assist homeless families with barriers to housing access and rapid re-housing.

Home Finder Services
If you are looking for housing, you can call (503) 669-8350 to make an appointment with the team. At the appointment, team members will assist you with finding housing vacancies online on sites such as Craigslist, ForRent.com and Zillow.
We also compile rental property lists, which are available in our Gresham office every Monday.

Community Works Project
Employment services for individuals receiving TANF. EPHC provides assistance with skill development, interview skills and placement services. DHS office located at 1415 NE 122nd Ave Portland, OR 97233.
